Lovebronze is a small producer of bronze and brass jewellery based in central Italy.

All our products are ready to ship and only sold through this website.

Packaging and Delivery

Items are shipped within the next business day.

We endeavour to minimise our impact with the environment using recycled cardboard boxes where possible. Please recycle the packaging if possible or reuse it if you wish to make a return.

Taxes and duties

Prices listed on this website are inclusive of all due taxes. Currently we do not ship outside the European Union.

There are no other taxes or duties to be paid when you receive the delivery.

Secure payment by PayPal

An account creation or guest checkout are offered when completing the purchase. In both cases the details of your selection will be sent to PayPal that will process the payment on our behalf.

You can pay with your PayPal balance or your credit card, with optional registration on the PayPal website. We do not collect your credit card details.

Once the payment is cleared, PayPal sends us a confirmation and the order is processed for next-day delivery.

30-day money back guarantee

If you change your mind about your purchase or you want to make a return for any other reason, you can do so up to 30 days after you have received your item(s).

Simply get in touch using our contact us page with the invoice number and items that you would like to return. We will let you know how to proceed and how to ship, depending on where you are based.

Items returned will need to:

- be returned within 30 days from receipt
- have not been worn, made dirty, scratched, mishandled or otherwise damaged
- be returned in its original packaging to prevent damages and following our shipping instructions.

Please keep the receipt of the post office or shipping agent. On receipt the return will be processed within 14 days. The value of the items returned and the outgoing shipping costs will be credited.

In case of partial return the shipping costs will be credited in proportion. Replacement of faulty items will be sent for free and return postage costs will be credited. Full refund will be offered in case of no availability for replacement.

Privacy policy

Personal details

Some personal details such as your name, address and email address are needed to process the order and for accounting purposes. Under no circumstances your details, including your email address, will be shared, handed over or sold to third parties.
If you subscribe to our mailing list we will email you from time to time with updates and new products. The option of being removed from our mailing list will be available on every email.

Credit card details

We do not collect credit card details. PayPal will process the payment on our behalf according to their terms and conditions. Please visit the PayPal website for further information.
